Poleire is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to contact@poleire.com.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, work email, company or agency, selected service, indicative budget, preferred timing and the information you include in your message.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, prepare a proposal where requested and maintain relevant business correspondence. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in managing genuine business enquiries.
Form and email delivery
The enquiry form is transmitted using FormSubmit and delivered to Poleire through Google Workspace. These providers process information to deliver the message and email service. Do not include passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information in the form.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active project, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Information that is no longer required is deleted or securely removed.
Cookies and local storage
Poleire does not currently use advertising cookies or third party behavioural analytics. The website stores your light or dark theme preference on your device so the selected appearance can be remembered.
Sharing information
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate email and form delivery, or where disclosure is required by law. Poleire does not sell personal information.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, object to certain processing or request a portable copy. You may also raise a concern with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
